Keith from alpha 1 systems was brilliant from the moment I got in contact with him. Communication was 5* and very friendly, came round to survey the property, answered every question with professionalism and explained his thought process for any component required. Provided a demo of the ajax system which was useful. Quote provided on time. On day of install, arrived and completed on time, clean and tidy install. Kindly removed the old system too.  His genuine approach was a lot better compared to adt, verisure and other companies hence I went with him.
